A delicious grilled shrimp bowl served with fresh asparagus.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp and asparagus on the grill.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
- Grill asparagus for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.

- Pair with your favorite sauce if desired.
