- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
