A creamy and tangy macaroni salad inspired by Guy Fieri.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the dressing and stir to combine.
- Fold in the celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and pickles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Add cooked bacon or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
