A delicious bagel topped with halloumi, honey, and avocado.

			- 1 bagel
 - 100g halloumi cheese
 - 1 ripe avocado
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - Olive oil for frying
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown.
 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Add the halloumi slices and fry until golden on both sides.
 - While the halloumi cooks, slice the avocado.
 - Assemble the bagel: place avocado slices on the bottom half, add fried halloumi, and drizzle honey on top.
 - Season with salt and cover with the top half of the bagel.
