Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add in the cheese, ham, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
