A simple and delicious ham and cheese crustless quiche.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add in the cheese, ham, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Use any leftover vegetables you have for added flavor.
- This can be served warm or cold.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
