- 6 croissants
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut croissants into halves and layer them in the dish.
- Add diced ham over the croissants.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the ham.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can substitute turkey for ham if desired.
