- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the egg mixture into the hashbrown mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
