- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Make several evenly spaced cuts across the top of each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Brush the mixture over the potatoes, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until crispy and tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
