Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- In a saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Heat until warm.
- Layer rice on a plate.
- Add shredded chicken on top of the rice.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Add pineapple, coconut, green onions, almonds, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add other toppings like olives or jalapenos.
