- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Brush with remaining marinade while grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, use fresh pineapple in the marinade.
- Serve with steamed rice or grilled vegetables.
