A delightful cake made with hazelnuts and dates.
Ingredients

- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a cake pan.
- In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until fine.
- Add dates, flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
