Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can low-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, brown rice, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, and spices.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
