  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla to the bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing into squares.
