- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Add the melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla to the bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For added flavor, mix in nuts or chocolate chips.
