 - 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
 - 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
 - In another bowl, combine oats, flour, honey, and melted coconut oil.
 - Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish.
 - Top with the oat mixture evenly.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
