Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine honey and melted coconut oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in raisins and nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
