Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, egg, salt, baking powder, and olive oil.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a dough. Add water if the dough is too dry.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a flat circle.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
