Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins)
- 1/4 cup seeds (chia, flaxseeds)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and seeds.
- In a saucepan, warm nut butter and maple syrup until melted.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and combine well.
- Stir in dried fruit.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
