Crispy and healthy low carb zucchini fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
