Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup oats, gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates and walnuts. Blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add oats, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until mixture is sticky.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch pan evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
