Delicious and nutritious no-bake brownies that are vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup oats, gluten-free
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and walnuts. Blend until finely chopped.
- Add oats, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until mixture is sticky.
- Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch pan evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more dates if desired.
