 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
 - Add oats and salt, stir until combined.
 - If using, fold in chocolate chips.
 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
 - Let cool before serving.
