A healthy and nutritious bread made from quinoa.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Great for sandwiches or toast.
- Can be frozen for later use.
