- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
