A delightful dessert combining lemon and Oreo flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and half of the lemon juice.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- In another bowl, mix the lemon pudding with milk and remaining lemon juice.
- Pour the lemon pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
