A delicious no-bake cheesecake inspired by the classic banana split dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Add a layer of banana slices and crushed pineapple.
- Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and Maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
- Ensure bananas are ripe for best flavor.
- Using a springform pan makes it easier to remove the cheesecake.
