Ingredients

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup eggs (about 4 large)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and spinach until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add sautéed mushrooms and spinach to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.

- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
