Ingredients

- 1 package of turkey bacon (12 slices)
- 1 cup of fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
- 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and let cool.
- Chop the fresh herbs finely.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles.
- Place a slice of turkey bacon and some herbs on each rectangle.
- Roll the pastry around the bacon and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
