Ingredients

  • 1 package of turkey bacon (12 slices)
  • 1 cup of fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and let cool.
  3. Chop the fresh herbs finely.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  5. Cut the pastry into rectangles.
  6. Place a slice of turkey bacon and some herbs on each rectangle.
  7. Roll the pastry around the bacon and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
