Delicious Hershey’s Christmas mice candy made with chocolate and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Hershey’s chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup rice cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup red or green candy melts
- 1/2 cup candy eyes
Instructions
- Melt Hershey’s chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and stir until combined.
- Fold in rice cereal and chopped nuts.
- Form small balls and place on parchment paper.
- Melt candy melts and dip the top of each ball.
- Attach candy eyes and mini chocolate chips for ears.
- Let set until firm.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time for holidays.
- Use different colored candy melts for variety.
