Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until desired doneness.
  5. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve steak and vegetables over rice.

Notes

  • You can use chicken or tofu instead of steak.
