- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs and honey, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: protein powder, almond flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
