Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, sliced into strips
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak strips, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
