Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in dried fruits.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- Optionally top with powdered sugar or glaze.
