Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground beef or chicken for turkey.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- These can be made ahead and frozen.
