- 2 large eggs

- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each slice of panettone in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Fry the slices in the skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
