Description

Delicious homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates with a crunchy hazelnut center and creamy chocolate coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup crushed wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts for coating

Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Let them cool and remove the skins.
  3. In a bowl, mix Nutella, crushed wafer cookies, and powdered sugar.
  4. Form small balls with the mixture and place a hazelnut in the center.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt dark and milk chocolate together.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
  8. Roll the chocolate-coated balls in chopped hazelnuts.
  9. Let them set on a baking sheet.
