Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, garlic, and egg to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
- Place the balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
- Brush with melted butter after baking for extra richness.
