Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add melted butter, salt, garlic, and egg to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
  8. Place the balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
