Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- 1/4 cup seeds (chia or flaxseeds)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter until melted.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts and fruits.
- Can be made vegan by using maple syrup and almond butter.
