Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (chia or flaxseeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
  3. In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter until melted.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
