A simple recipe for homemade healthy granola that you can enjoy for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together.
- Add vanilla extract to the oil and honey mixture.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
- Mix in the dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Add seeds for extra nutrition.
