Delicious homemade payday candy bars made with peanuts and caramel.
Ingredients

- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
- Add roasted peanuts to the caramel mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour melted chocolate over the cooled peanut and caramel mixture.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.

- Store bars in an airtight container.
