Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken fillets, diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce.
- Add the sauce to the chicken and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice.
