Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Divide the dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Melt additional butter and mix with honey. Brush over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Brush with more honey butter before serving.
