Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and ginger.
- Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
