- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the diced chicken to the bowl and coat well with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
