Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and veggies.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of honey for sweetness.
- You can use any vegetables you prefer.
