- 2 cups of sweet corn
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet corn, milk, and honey.
- In another bowl, combine cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

- Can be topped with additional honey if desired.
