A delicious honey hot chicken salad with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey and hot sauce.
- Toss shredded chicken in the honey hot sauce mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and walnuts.
- Add the spicy chicken on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently before serving.
