Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- While chicken is grilling, toss veggies in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add veggies to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Serve chicken with grilled veggies on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer.
- You can substitute veggies based on your preference.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
