- 500g parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add parsnip sticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the parsnips on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Serve warm.
