Ingredients

  • Beef: 500 grams (1 lb) of beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced.
  • Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic.
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger.
  • Green Onions: 4 chopped green onions.
  • Egg Noodles: 250 grams (9 oz) of egg noodles.
  • Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  • Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons for frying.
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste.

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until browned and crispy.
