Ingredients

- Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.

- Ginger: 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger.
- Green Onions: 4 chopped green onions.
- Egg Noodles: 250 grams (9 oz) of egg noodles.
- Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons for frying.
- Salt and Pepper: To taste.
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until browned and crispy.
- Add the cooked noodles, remaining soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet and toss to combine.
