  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  6. Stir in sour cream, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
