Description
A delicious and spicy chicken bowl drizzled with hot honey.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Drizzle with hot honey before serving.

- Use any vegetables you prefer.
